New 45,000 sf state-of -the-art building in Andover, MA

This new 45,000 sf state-of -the-art building puts the Arts at the literal and figurative heart of the Brooks School campus. Large expanses of glass reveal the production and process within to the the campus at large; expansive openings to the interior ‘Arts Street’ corridor and gallery create connections between students, teachers, and the work itself. Three separate wings provide homes for Studio Arts, Music, and Performance; a 350-seat theater anchors the building and creates a much-needed venue for theatrical and musical performances and all-school community gatherings.

Connectivity, sustainability, technology, and abundant daylight are all core elements of the design.
