It is our mission to make truly sustainable architecture accessible to everyday people, without compromising on aesthetics. We live and breathe these values, talk about them, and instill them into all of our work.
Our non-hierarchical collaborative practice encourages everyone to contribute their creativity and knowledge to all of our projects. This is designed into our process through weekly whole-team design charrettes, knowledge-sharing happy hours, and through our open studio layout with everyone working around a ‘community table’ format of desks.
We have a flexible work-from-home policy, but everyone works in person because of the benefits of collaboration, and, importantly, because it’s fun and rewarding. While we are architects at heart, we value the art of enjoying life outside of the office and encourage it within our team.
We take our work seriously, but ourselves not so much. We strive to create a culture that is open to questioning everything, with the belief that we can find the best solution for all parties involved. We are educators who strive to improve the built environment and positively impact those around us.
