Renovation of a historic landmark hotel restaurant in downtown Leadville, CO
The new dining area of the Mineral Restaurant references the local history and lore of the building, including a portrait wall with pictures that have been a part of the hotel for generations. The Mineral is meant to feel like a gold mine with modern furniture and a new kitchen that offers a fantastic range of great options.
The historic charm of the units will remain throughout; the Harrison Avenue retail space will become a 1950’s ice cream and coffee parlor with fresh baked goods, hang out space and even an antique video arcade located on the mezzanine level.
