With a super insulated and airtight envelope, compact building form, high-performance windows and ground coupling, the home will be incredibly comfortable and low-energy.

The house also features a CLT (cross-laminated timber) roof structure supporting a wildflower/ wild grass green roof, heat-pump radiant heating, interior green wall, and indoor-outdoor living with an expansive connection to south-facing on-grade porch.
