This live/ work building in the RINO neighborhood contains eight rental units with commercial space on ground floor, living on second floor, sleeping on mezzanine above. Each unit has rooftop access.

The walls and roof of the building will be fabricated using high performance walls and windows; recesses in the building facade help control solar gain.
