This low-cost housing project of 56 units located in Georgia was designed and built to the rigorous Passive House design standard. The developer’s goals included creating best in class comfort while dramatically reducing energy and maintenance costs; as long-term owners they found this approach to be the best pathway to creating high-quality housing solutions in their community while meeting their economic goals.
